Hotel Review Ratings


The inn and hotel rating system scrutinizes five fundamental facets for each facility to offer insight into whether a particular inn may suit the needs of the reader. Each facet of the rating system is rated according to the quality of amenity provided and then all five areas are averaged for an overall rating for the hotel or inn. The categories for which the facility is rated are:

Guest Rooms

This category takes into consideration size of room and bath, decor and quality of linens and bedding as well as amenities provided with the room at no additional cost. How currently updates and freshness of room is also considered.

Cleanliness

This category examines the appearance of the entire facility in addition to the rooms. Value

Value rating is not determined by price but rather by giving consideration to the ratings of all the other aspects of the rating system for a particular facility and by offering a determination as to whether the cost of one night at the facility is commensurate, by seasonal and industry standards, with the level of room appointment and comfort, cleanliness of entire facility, services offered and provided and dining options combined.
